
Ololade is a business process and project manager with a keen interest in change and continuous improvement, who previously worked as a document management and archiving analyst in the United Kingdom.
She holds a first degree in Chemical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Oyo State, Nigeria and bagged a first class (Distinction) in her Master’s programme- Business Information Technology at Middlesex University, London.
In her spare time, she engages in counselling and mentoring people in the area of relationships, marriage, academic and professional development amongst other things.
She enjoys writing, cooking, baking, dancing, reading and talking to people.
She is a lover of God, cherishes relationships and bonds easily with children. Her desires in life are to “Please God, enjoy life, meet others’ needs, be a source of joy to everyone she comes in contact with, while sharing her life experiences with people around her to be a source of encouragement and help”.
Ololade hails from Osun State in the south west part of Nigeria and is the fourth and last child of her wonderful parents (Mr & Mrs Adeniyi Omole).
She is married to Babajide, an IT consultant and they are blessed with three great Jesus Boys – A set of twins and a singleton.
Her motto is “JPB”, meaning “Joyful, Positive and Bold”.
